How toremove spool ?

Remove the snap-on cap (Orange cap) on the bottom of the unit. Under that is a REEL (no doubt empty) and slide it out. If you have twine, rewind your own; or get fully ready to go spools and insert in the area where you remove the original. You need to Feed the new line (end) through the small hole from inside the spool area to the outer exposed portion of the whipper.

My guess is that there is some kind of bind that the twine is in between the spool of twine and the knotter... resulting in the twine being continuously too tight for proper tying. Check for restrictions and then make double sure you've cleaned out ALL of the bunched up twine and twine ends... Are you using the correct twine??

Just bought a TE475. can't figure out how to replace the line compared to the traditional one-line configuration I am used to

Here is the info from the manual, the replacement line is put in near the center of the spool on the top of it, you simply feed it in. I have included a link to the manual so you can see the pictures. Look at page 10 for these instructions.

Refill line on spool of toro electric model 910

Onve you remove the cover the spool should pull straight out. Be careful, there's a spring under the spool that can fly out and get lost. You need that spring to re-assemble.
