I have a dsl 2w gateway and I am unable to get the wireless light to come on can YOU help me?????????

the wireless light will only come on once you have already connected wirelessly. the light is an indication of connectivity. if you need to login to the device wirelessly - the ssid you connect to should be 2WIRE### (where ### is the last three numbers of the serial number) the wireless network key is located on a sticker on the gateway. you can also access and change the settings on the gateway by directly connecting it to the gateway with ethernet cable (or using another computer that is already connected) and typing "home" in your browser address bar.
