Question about Heating & Cooling
If the system is low on freon the clutch wont come on. It should have a low pressure cut off switch (this could also be worn). Also you can check for 12 volts at the wires going to the compressor when you have A/C set on. If no 12 volts it should have a fuse to check also.If it has 12 volts and it (the compressor clutch) does not ingauge it needs replaced.I hope this helps you.
