Make sure you get water to the dishwasher. Check to see if the water shut-off valve (located under the sink) is open. If you get water to the dishwasher, but there is still no water inside during the fill cycle, the problem might be with a faulty water valve (located at the bottom of the dishwasher, behind the kick panel, on either side), in which case replace the water valve....

Have you checked all the inputs to the television? It might be blinking because it doesn't see a signal. If all the inputs are secure try pressing the input select button on the remote. If that doesn't work it never hurts to try unplugging the power cord, waiting a minute, and plugging it back in.

Panasonic hdtv 1080i CT-36HX41E..Can you hook up a PC to the tv for the monitor?

You can connect this to your computer if you have an S-Video output on your computer. This is the only supported connection on your TV. This model doesn't have a VGA, DVI, or HDMI port.

Hope that helps!

I plugged in my PS3 using an HDMI cable and i get no feedback

If you just bought the PS3 use your composite cables that came with the system. Turn the PS3 on and go to the video settings, set up video input to HDMI. After you've done that plug your HDMI back into your PS3 and try turning it on. If that works go back to video settings and change the resolution to 1080p. If that doesn't work make sure your T.V. is on the same input that the HDMI cable is plugged in. If it is and still doesn't work try switching to a different HDMI port. If switching to a different HDMI port doesn't work try a new HDMI cable. If the new HDMI cable doesn't work then there is a problem with the port on the PS3 which would require a repair.

The water doesn,t automatically turn off after the machine is full or after rinsing

Hmmm... sounds like it could be the water level sensor. If it were the water input valve itself, the water would be running ALL the time.
It is usually a water pressure sensor switch that is underneath the machine that likely has a plastic hose attached to the bottom of the tub. When the water level gets to the appropriate level, the water pressure opens the switch and that shuts off the water inlet valve.
Here is a link that explains it quite well.
Hope this helps... floods are a pain.

Intermittent water flow interupted by solenoids pulsing

I've got the same problem. If I pause the cycle, wait about 10 seconds, and then resume, the water starts normally. I suspect the Cold Water Inlet Solenoid is sticking, probably due to water sediment in the solenoid causing it to stick. I'll try cleaning it and then replace if that doesn't help and let you know what happens.
