Incorrect time well ive not charged ma phone 4 2 wks n its been switched off so wen i switched it on it had the incorrect time i sorted it out but still no improvement

Go to an auto parts store and buy a load tester for the battery. It doesn't cost much and sometimes if you bring the battery there they will test it for you with a load tester. It may have a dead cell which won't allow it to hold a charge or put out enough power. If you need a battery, some shops will install them for free. Good luck.

You need to format your phone.
Formating your phone will reset your phone to it's factory settings. This should solve your problem.
Formatting your phone will how ever erase all your phone data, but SIM card and memory data will not be affected.
Use the following steps to format your phone.

4. After a few minutes when the full phone formatting completed, your phone will be back to original system and factory settings.

Try using a separate card reader to download your pics.

Have you done a reset ? small pin hole at top of phone next to on/off button

could be your battery is going. why did it run flat in the first place?

its a cable inside the phone being frayed, its a known issue, your carrier should replace the cable without a charge
