Question about Audio Players & Recorders
If this is a stand alone unit(external) remove the cover and clean the laser eye(lens) gently with a Q-Tip "dampened not soaked" in rubbing alcohol. If this is an internal drive remove it from the computer after releasing the IDE cable and the power cable and perform the same operation. Thank you, Dana
