Try two things. 1. if you have a wireless phone near the computer, try to move it at least 6 feet from the computer, these have been known to interfere with wireless mice and keyboards. 2. Make sure that your battery in the mouse is new.

Not likely plus there's little chance of avoiding that...lol. I'd stick with the new battery theme. If that doesn,t work your mouse may need to be cleaned. Take the ball out from the bottom and grab an old toothbrush to clean the three or four opticle pick-ups. They build up a lot of fuzz, I have no idea where it comes from but I've got to clean min=e monthly. Damn fuzz fairies...lol

We receive many complaints on these scopes. Some of them cannot be focused.

However put rge eyepiece with the largest number writeen on it into the diagonal. Practice focusing on a distant object during the day time. Turn the focus knob slowly.

I have an Averatec all in one and how do you connect the wireless mouse?

Wireless mice have two parts. The mouse which needs regular battery charging and the receiver. The receiver is a USB device that plugs into any of the USB ports on the back (near the DVI port) or on the side below the audio jacks. Plugging into a USB hub is an option but can give an extra area of trouble-shooting when it fails.

If the port doesn't work, try a different one. Check that the USB ports aren't disabled for security or power-savings. Make sure the receiver is showing that it is active and that the mouse has good batteries.

One of the biggest issues can be waking from sleep with a USB device. This is changed in the advanced power savings in Windows.

I hope this helps.

(since my wired mice need to be replaced every few years, I suspect wireless mice have similar failure issues.)

I have a dell wireless mouse which operates a

The mouse and the keyboard (if it's wireless too) both have batteries. After changing a battery sometimes, you have to press the search button on the receiver and the search button underneath the mouse while holding them near each other so they can find each other again. please let me know if that dosen't help.

have you tried rebooting?

Mouse/keyboard

Normal 0 Make sure the batteries are good.

Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.
Hope this helps. Bud
