Question about Dynasty DGRSC 30 Gas Kitchen Range
You need a new thermostat for the oven. It isn't picking up the heat from the ignitor. They're relatively cheap and easy to replace.

For some Dynasty stove, there is a gas shut off valve at the gas regulator for the oven, make sure you check that first, it is located at the bottom right hand side below the black pan ( press top ) of the top burners. Afterward oven still won't ignite, check voltage at oven ignitor, it should be approx. 110v, if not then you may have a bad safety valve or oven thermostat. if you have 110v at the oven ignitor but still won't ignite, use a Amperage meter to check the oven ignitor ( clamp on to one of the ignitor wire ), it should draw above 3AMPs ( if not, then you have a bad ignitor. Have fun.
