Check the contacts between phone and battery,
if necessary align or clean. Are
you using original Motorola charger? This solved my problem; I was trying to
charge it with one of those "universal" chargers. Hope this helps!
support for the w370 375 etc is limited
in windows xp or higher, the device can be connected to a usb port and it will ask on the mobile phone screen 'connect as a removeable drive?', to enable copying of images and videos,
there is no support to download new java apps or games.
Motorola Phone tools, does not support 370 or 375 and it is unclear if it ever will be updated to do so.
there is a downloadable charger driver at motorola.com so the pc usb port can be used to recharge the w370 w375,
and one to allow it to be used as a modem,
the installers for those packages are not good
