Note: You may need to provide a copy of the sales receipt for the toaster oven broiler in order to obtain a replacement.

My manual has 1(800)947-3744 Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:30 pm CST I have purchased a broiler pan from calling them in the past; now my unit just died yesterday so need to find another.

I have the same toaster and the fuse burnt out a couple of days ago. Its a 10 Amp fuse behind the control panel under a white cover. You will need to remove the right side of the oven to see it. I've not found a replacement fuse yet. Let me know if you find one.

No, the LCD display is a whole piece and need to purchase from the agent.You've to confirm there is LCD voltage, but no display light, to justify is LCD faulty.
