1. Reset or restore your iPod for a try, this can fix many general iPod problems. 2. Upgrade or re-install iTunes for a try, this is the method that I got from Apple technical support. 3. You may try this iTunes alternative, I always use it to upload music and video to my iPod once my iTunes can't recognize my iPod, my friends recommend it to me, it's easy to use and works pretty well, you can also use it to copy music and video from ipod to computer, it's useful when you lost your iTunes library. http://www.ipod-transfer-copy.com/ipod-iphone-to-computer-transfer-cucusoft.html
Hope it helps.

SOURCE: Ipod wont show up in my computer or itunes...

Have you tried resetting either ipod? In order to reset it, you just need to hold down both the menu button and the center button at the same time until the ipod turns off. then the apple will pop up on the screen and it will start up like normal. If this doesn't fix the problem for either ipod, then most likely the problem is with itunes or your computer. I would say that if it doesn't even show up on your computer anywhere, you're probably missing a driver or something.

My ipod wont even come on just shows a picture

The iPod is prompting you to sync it with iTunes or to charge it. By plugging it into you computer and opening iTunes, this should do both steps at once and the icon will go away.

My Computer and iTunes does not recognize my iPod

I think what needs to happen is you need to restore.

Hold down the sleep and home buttons until you see the apple logo. As soon as that comes up, let go of the sleep button, but keep the home button held down.

A little picture saying you need to plug your iPod in iTunes should appear after a couple seconds. Let go of home and plug your iPod into the computer now.

When iTunes says you need to restore, do so. It will take some time to restore the iPod after you have given iTunes the command to do so.

Get a snack, and a drink... You might be here for a little while.
