Just replace it and fill the hydraulic fluid level resivore and it will bleed itself by turning the wheel left to right .

Cub Cadet GT 2000 garden tractor will not move forward or reverse after I just changed the hydraulic fluid and filter, it ran fine the day before doing this????

My first guess is that you have air inside the transmission. Most transmissions have a purge procedure to get the air out after an oil change. Please look in your operator's manual for the procedure.

How do I replace the pinion gear on a cub cadet lawn tractor

You didn't give the model number of your tractor - but it's likely that it's not the pinion gear, but rather the brass bushing that's just above the gear. The busing keeps the pinion gear meshed with the steering rack gear. Replacing it is a bit of a PITA - but the following link will take you to a YouTube video that shows how to "giterdone".

I have an old Cub Cadet lawn tractor model 2155, where the PTO clutch stops working after about 15 minutes of mowing. It will re-engage after it stops, but will only mow for a couple hunder feet before it...

I have a Cub Cadet 2155 lawn tractor that mows great, purchase in 1999, however it started heating up about an hour into mowing and then I have to shut it down until cools. I have replaced the air filter & that did not work ?
