Screen is blue when you turn on the TV. I push the input button to change it to TV, but it stays on blue screen. If I turn it on and off, then when it first comes on, I see a very faint picture come up that say "Live" like it was on that channel when it went off.

probably the signal is weak, test your in the good tested antenna, If your the signal is still the same, the Tuner side of the TV should check.
