Question about Canon VIXIA HF20 High Definition Camcorder
It was working perfect. I recorded friends wedding then brought it home and now it will not power on with charged batteries or power cord. What could be the problem? Is there a trick to it?
Sounds like your camcorder is toasted. Before sending that to Canon for repair, try the tiny Reset button on it. Its gotta be there somewhere. The other thing is connect the unit to a TV and power it up, maybe your display is the one that is not working. Use either the component cable or the composite (old-style) cable that came with it. Give it a try.
