How do I reset my Jex mp3/mp4 player
Hello, I purchased this item through amazon.com (US). I've already messed it up (totally my fault) by accidentally erasing the contents of the player (by plugging it into my Macintosh via USB and tossing (what I thought) were un-needed files...now anything I put on the player is not recognized.After I saw nothing was being recognized that I put onto the player I re-plugged it into my computer and the computer said ''unknown format, do you want to initialize?'' as if it were a new hard drive or USB flash drive. I did and now the player won't see any of the files (music, video, text), that I load onto the player. I've also taken a paper clip and pushed the reset on the side and pushed ''Default'' in the settings to no avail. As I said, I am on a Mac which makes the mini CD that came with the player useless (nothing but PC files on the CD). Is there website for this player? Thank you!
