Question about PayPal Computers & Internet
PayPal has a Dispute Resolution center that can help you with this.
If you've made a payment via PayPal for goods or services and never received them, all you have to do is submit a Dispute with PayPal and it gets monitored.
An email is also sent to the Payee informing them of the dispute and they either have to rectify the situation or their account will always show that a dispute was unresolved which gives future buyers a "heads-up" not to deal with this person.
I'm not sure what email service you use, but in most cases if you enter the email address in the search query you'll usually find it.
With most services even your deleted messages are kept until you fully delete them.
I'd suggest you go back to your PayPal account and look in your payment history and once you've found the information, immediately file a dispute.
I hope this helps and I sure hope that this guy follows through with his commitment to you.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
