Check for any loose solder terminals at its video output card. This card can be located at the back of the CRT, will directly plugged on to it. Re-solder all the suspected solder terminals, by applying a little more solder. The fault can be categorized to 'sigle color predominant' screen.

I have one light in a room w/ 3 light switches to operate it. We want to eliminate one of the switches (has two 14-2 wires going to and coming from). The other two switches have 14-3 wires coming from...

I can help you with this problem but will need to confirm some details. Please confirm that the switch you wish to eliminate has two twin cables running to the switch mech. I'm not sure what you mean by two 14-2 wires. I am guessing you simply mean two twin cables. I'm guessing that the two twin cables have the same coloured building wires coming out of them. If so, remove these wires from the switch and join the same colours together. The other two switches will simply now work on a two way basis.

I have a uniden bearcat scanner 30 channel i would like to know if it is possable to add any software or chip to make it able to pick up aircraft frequencies ? ...

Sorry, but it's been a long time since scanners could be modified to extend or change their frequency coverage. The AIR band in your BC350C allows you to monitor commercial, private, and some military aircraft. If you want full military air coverage though, I suggest that you look at the reasonably-priced BC370CRS.

I want to wire a 3 way switch with multiple lights between the switches. The easiest route and least wire used is power in at switch then to lights then down to second switch. would i use a 14/3 from...

You have to run the 3rd wire all the way to the switch, whether it hits any lights or not, I have seen electricians pull a single wire in to the box with the 14/2 and that would be the jumper. This will work on any lights, and the lights only need the 2 wires, It is just the switch that needs the 3 wires. Good luck.
