Hi' i want you to save all your important files in a flash drive or CD-DVD copy before you start working on it again. windows XP sp3 cannot solve this probs, and you did not mention about your video graphics of what its Specs.. but any way try to upgrade your RAM into 512mb-1gb much be better.and if still it does not work properly ,you have to start all over again by installing another OS winXP SP2 version 4.5-5.0.6.0.or the dark XP. Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3)
The latest version of Business Plan Pro 11.0 will install and run in Windows XP with Service Pack 3 (SP3).
If you're installing the software from a CD, you may not have the latest version and could encounter a message during the installation that indicates you need Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed. Downloading the latest installer from our website will resolve that problem.
Resolution
Take the following steps to download the latest installer and use it to install our software:
Enter your Business Plan Pro 11.0 serial number and the email address you use for registrations, then click Go
Accept the License Agreement and click the "Continue to Downloads" button.
Once you reach the downloads page, you should be prompted to either Open or Save the installer file. Choose to Save this file to the Desktop of the computer.
Once the download completes, choose to Open or Run the file to install the latest version of the software on your computer.
All aardvark interfaces will only work well with xp sp1 or earlier 2000/win98. Also, dont simply uninstall SP2, 3. You have to unistall/reinstall xp, xpsp1 and then if needed, go to the microsoft download pages and get all the updates prior to SP2. Pay attention and make sure you dont install SP2. Do all of this with the pci card pulled and all aardvark drivers uninstalled/deleted. Then install per aardvark's instructions. I dont recommend internet usage without SP2. You will be vulnerable to attacks even with the best protection.
You can open docx extension files only with MS Office 2007. If you wish to open it in earlier versions you have to save it again in compatible mode. Click on File (top left most corner with the logo), Save As, Word 97-2003 Document. Just using Save option will save your document as "docx" and not "doc" document.
you can use it with sp2. just make sure you have disabled any other sound cards on your computer in the hardware device manager. you can download the drivers and manual here...make sure you use the 7.13 version
