Question about Lenovo R61 T7300 Notebook
I tried to switch on my laptop and it started booting and suddenly went off. From then on its not even booting.Nor does it show the green light which comes on, when you plug it to a power source. Its basically dead. Nothing is happening. Its as if you have plugged it in, and the lappy appears as if its shut down and not connected to a power source.
The power supply in most computers has a fuse, either internal or external, that can blow without you noticing. Basically, you've been on battery operation this whole time, and the battery's finally gone dead.
It will be necessary to open the case and examine the power supply section. It may be possible to replace the fuse yourself, but any operation of this nature that involves opening the case will void any warranty you may have.
