Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Computer screen messed up after connecting to a Projector.

Sounds like your screen resolution has gotten changed. Plug your VGA cable in and reset it to 1024x768. Then with the laptop on remove the VGA cable. When you connect your laptop to other devices like that, make sure you are not setting the resolution to the same as the TV.

Hello,

LCD screen cannot be repaired by reformatting. You need to take it to the nearest repair center. Go here http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/globalEntitlement.jsp (enter serial and part number) to check the nearest ASP of Toshiba.

Messed up

Probably the convergence board.

First, try resetting the TV by unplugging it for 30 seconds and replugging it.

Does the problem exist on both cable/sat and an external source like a dvd player/vcr?

Go to www.usasupport.philips.com and enter 60pp9200 as your model number - click on the link for the "Quick Start" Guide - read p 8 on manual convergence - if the manual convergence fails, then your convergence board is bad.

if the player is still under warranty, call the toll free number listed in the manual. I'm pretty sure the warranty covers the screen.
