Looking at your previous post, it will be a lot helpfull if you tell us what is the brand of your music player, the device, the hardware that you put the earphones into and listen to music.

if this is the virtual reality sound labs, you should have a usb flash drive that has a the music in it and have it played through your Sound Lab.

please reply as we need your answer to what the device is so we can give you a good solution to your problem.

with the brands and models you mentioned, all you have to do is drag the music and drop it on the devices under My Computer when the device is plugged into your computer, no need to use media player for syncing.

again, copy the music file on your computer and paste it on the drive for the media player on your My Computer when you plug the device in your computer.

Hi i have a jWIN jukeman MP3 and i dont know how to download music onto it so can you please tell me how? oh and its model is a JX-MP101WHT hopefully that helps.....

Hi nukebad13...
Downloading Music to your MP3 Player

1...You must download and install Windows Media Player 11 on your computer.
NOTE...Some older MP3 players will not work with Windows Media Player 11 or Windows 7 with Windows Media Player 11.
If this happens to you, then you will have to uninstall Windows Media Player 11 and install Windows Media Player 10.
2...After you have downloaded and installed Media Player on your computer.
3...Open Media Player on your computer.
4...Install all your music into Media Player that you want to install on your MP3 player.
5...Plug in your MP3 player to the computer using your Data/Sync cord, be sure that Windows Media Player is on.
6...Media player should recognize the MP3 player and sync with it.
7...After it is sync'ed with the computer, you can add the music you have installed into Windows Media Player to your MP3 Player.
Please take time to rate me thumbs up.

How do i down load music on it?

Connect your device to the computer and go into whichever music program you use whether it is windows media or itunes etc. Go to the sync tab of the program and drag music to your device on the screen. Then press the sync button on your computer. When it is done unplug your device and rock out.

HAVE AN IRIVER E10. CANNOT SYNC SONGS USING WINDOW MEDIA PLAYER.

I can only guess that you are using windows media player to sync. So, just use the iriver program or open 'my computer', click onto iriver device icon, and paste in music.

Wont allow songs

Best advice is to get a different player. The firmware on this device is ultimately unstable. After months of different issues i replaced it with an ipod, though many others are more reliable than mymusix.

Sync device

Open Windows Media Player - click on the Sync tab (Microsoft has a video tutorial on how to sync on their website)

or

Open Rhapsody or other music service and sync from there - detailed instructions available on music service's website

Note: if your computer does not recognize that your Mp3 player is plugged in, then you will not be able to sync no matter what program you use

Try sync your player with winamp. It synced the whole winamp media library (including playlists). Hope this can help.

Unable to sync music

What happened when you tried to sync? it could be a device certificate error...what i would recommend you to do is to sync using your windows media player...assuming that you have windows media player 11...open up your windows media player and click on sync..then you can drag the tracks you want to sync and then click on start sync...if you are not able to transfer the songs to it..use a song that is not from yahoo like the sample one that came with your computer and see what happen...if that doesnt solve the problem check your usb mode..it should be under MTP mode or auto....then open up your windows media player and format the device there...after you have done that..that should solve the problem you are having..let me know what the outcome is....
