Sorry to have to say this ... but you are out of luck. They went bankrupt. Along with Apex, and Dynex. You might try Vance Baldwin "Encompas Parts" changed their name. They had some parts left for them. But replacing the screen is usualy more than you payed for it. Better off buying a new one. STAY AWAY from off brands. RCA is junk too. For the money Samsung and Vizeo.

The Tv company propally will not repair or replace it for U because u cause it to damage.
U can tries all the phone numbers in ur manual.
