There is a blue jumper located just below the lithium battery on the motherboard. You need to remove the jumper and move it to the two pins on the right for about 10 seconds to clear the CMOS then move the jumper back to where you found it. That should clear out the password. It will also change all the BIOS settings back to factory so adjustments to the BIOS may need to be made after reset.

Look at the board for a password switch. Small black square block that will be close to the CMOS. Or it will be called a jumper (ie. j2) when you move the switch it will undo the password.

There are usually jumpers near the battery that you can use, but hard to tell from where I am sitting. You could take the battery out for a while, half hour I think.

Is there a backdoor password for the AMIBIOS CMOS Setup? No, there is no back door BIOS password. If you forgot your BIOS password, you'll need to contact your board manufacturer or computer manufacturer for the proper instructions on how to reset the BIOS password.
To fix this just fallow these steps:
1.Take BIOS clearing jumper in it`s clear state, near BIOS chip.
2.Turn on PC with CMOS clear jumper turned on it`s work.
3.Take out CMOS battery as well take out BIOS chip from motherboard.
4.Take beck jumper in it`s default state.
5.Turn on and off PC for 10 sec on do this two times.
It works for my, PC works well with 100% password is gone.

Hello
You may have the reboot or restart wires backwards.Or on the wrong pins on the motherboard.

Here is a link to your mobo. Shows correct hook up.

Also be sure your memory sticks are in proper slots. If you have 2 they need to be seperated.
One in one channel the other in the second channel slot.Usually the slots are color coded.

Can you access the bios? You should disable Chassis intrusion, I don't really see anyone needing it if it's just a home pc.
