I have had this phone for about a year. I have just recently added minutes to it about a week ago. I turned on the phone today for the first time in about three days. When it powered up it displayed the following message: "SIM card locked". What caused this to happen and how can I fix this? The phone is a Motorola W175 tracfone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have never had a problem like this before.
The problem with your sim is that a wrong puk code has been put when the phone asked for it.......the sim was first blocked and after repeatedly entering a wrong code many times ...it got rejected....please go to your service center of your network and they will fix it for you.....they would charge you a nominal fee
