Question about Dell Dimension E510 PC Desktop
Power supply seems to check out. Green light on MB turns on. Amber light on power button use to flash slow. Now it flashes 3, sometimes 4 times when power up is attempted with no other result. My research informs me that a common problem with this computer is "bad solder connections" on the USB ports to the MB. Dell has not been much help, the PC is out of warranty!
Try cleaning the mobo.. after that make sure that you have put it back in place.. avoid the mobo to be grounded on the chasis..make sure that all components is properly seated on the right place (im assuming that there is no faulty expansion cards)
