Hi, I'm trying to add music to my Motorola EM326g cellphone. I've tried linking it with my USB cable to my laptop and adding music on it, but it doesn't work. Also, my friends' phones have can add music, and they don't use SD cards. Any help would be appreciated, thank you. =)

1. Check first the USB cable connection by unplug and plugging it back the USB cable connections and then check the printer icon if it says READY.
2. Check for the printer driver that might be corrupted. Adding again the printer using the add printer wizard will install new printer for your computer. If still the same, try to uninstall and reinstall the printer driver and then re add again the printer and if it prints the test page, then it solves your problem.
You have different options to use to put music on your phone. You could download songs from the internet directly to your phone or you could collect songs on your phone from another phone, laptop or system.Through a phone all you need to do is to put on your bluetooth and transfer, but through the system or laptop you could use the bluetooth too or you could use a usb cable to transfer songs.
you can download music to your phone from your laptop by getting a usb card that connects to your phone and pluggin it into your computer. you then can transfer music from your computer to your phone.*
throw it away, dont keep adding money to a service you cant access,i have the same problem with my new net 10 motorola em326g phone for about a month and they keep giving me these meaningless ticket numbers and useless program codes, and they all ways tell me the same line of jive dont waste your time and money like i did.

In my V-750, I just formatted the MicroSD card from my cell phone and put it into my computer, then dragged the MP3 files to the My Music folder. I didn't need any Motorola CD. Note the order, I first tried to just put the MP3 files on the MicroSD and it didn't work.
Later, I went to the Big Box store they suggested on the Motorola web site and I think I paid $20 for the official USB to Mini USB cable that fits my cell with software to make ring tones and transfers.
if your computer has flash card readers, you would need to use a micro sd card to be able to use in on your computer. if your computer/laptop does not have a card reader, you would need to buy a data cable for your phone. if you use your pc/laptop's card reader, open your MY COMPUTER folder and it will be drive E. if you use a data cable, your phone should've came with a software cd when you bought it. you have to install your phone's software on your pc/laptop for transferring files using the data cable.
to put songs on the card for your phone to use, you just drag and drop the mp3 file to the MUSIC folder of the card. a lot of people make the mistake of putting it in the AUDIO folder. the phones music player CANNOT read files in the AUDIO folder. it only reads the music files if it's in the MUSIC FOLDER.
