Question about Transcend T-Sonic 840 MP3 Player
My T.sonic 840 mp3 player hangs on with Transcend display and doesnt move further. when the reset button is pressed it is switched off. When the player is connected to computer, a time Icon appears and nothing happens. My computer doesnt detect the player too...
I dnt know how to solve this problem. Its a newly purchased one. please help me. please reply to email@example.com...

1.download the appropriate firmware from here 2.press and hold reset button for 2 seconds 3.run the firmware updater 4.press and hold "volume -" button while connecting to system. 5.the updater will detect the player and it will upgrade the firmware.
