Question about Televison & Video
We just replaced the ICs in my Magnavox 51MP3964H/17, and when I turned on the tv, there were 2 thick black lines across the bottom half of the screen which only stayed on for a few seconds before the red power indicator light started blinking. Any ideas?
Sounds like a solder bridge bewtween the IC pins double check the solder for any pins accidentally bridged with solder.
