I can't delete anything off of my Zen when it's hooked up to my computer. Also when I try to sync it Windows Media player says error and none of the songs sync.

When I download music into my zen mp3 player I use windows media player it deletes all the music thats already in the mp3 player how can I download more music without it deleting what is already in there?

go into windows media player while your zen is connected and under tools, options, devices click on your zen and under the properites button there will be sevral options that may be enabled that say something like delete music before sync or something like that poke around in there i know the options there

You could try using creative's software.
I know it's not very good, but it works.

My zen V plus has stopped working after some computer problems

go to Creative webiste and download the software for the Zen, then restore your zen with new software.

sir there may be a problem with your pc's i/o devices.virus present in the pc may also lead to this problem.use an apt anti irus to your system ant the prolem will be solved.

idk how to put movies on but put your videos onto your computer then download them onto windows media player in your library and then go to sync and drag them to download and them click start sync

Error Message on Zen Creative VPlus Player...

keeps on saying it has no licenseto play. sync True True (``````````` (``````````` 0 95250 95250 license from pc

Go into your Control Panel and Add and Remove Programs. Make sure Show Updates is checked on top of the Window. Scroll down to the bottom and remove Hotfix for Windows Media Format 11 SDK (KB929399). Restart then resync your music to your player. Unfortunately, Windows continues to reinstall this "fix."
if that doesn't work try this
I reformatted the player, deleted and then re-downloaded the subscription tracks.

My computer and zen not mixing!

First try different usb port
then different computer if you have one
make sure you have media player 11
remove the usb drivers and reboot and let the computer reinstall them

Try formatting the device... if that doesnt work,put it into restore mode by holding the play button while turning it on.the select clean up option...do not try the firmware upgrade option beacuse it may get stuck on recovery mode.

If they are music files, you can delete them using the default media player you use on your computer by selecting them and hit delete
