Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
Hi Linda(My sisters name also) I'm Dana. If you go to your manufacturers site under "support" you'll be brought to the downloads and updates. Enter your model # and you "should" be able to download all software and updates pertaining to your model. Now, if your printer "was" working recently, you might want to try your system restore, providing your running XP or Vista, and go back to the point where as you can best recall when your printer was working correctly. Also in the main menu(be it in whatever language) you might be able to restore your unit to it's factory defaults utilizing a friend who can speak or at least crawl through the menu as best as is possible. Best of luck to you and thank you, Dana P.S. Try to get me in a chat and we can walk through some other options. I don't know how to do this for I'm on the other side looking out...lol
