Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

How to repair fuzzy/squiggly screen

Hi Anonymous,

Try updating BIOS and Video drivers using the below link:
Input service tag, click on drivers & downloads, select the right operating system, download BIOS under BIOS tab and Video drivers (depending upon the type of video card the computer has) under video tab.

If this doesn't help try connecting a known good external monitor and let me know what happens.

Thanks and Regards.
Kiran Kumar.

Hi Fkanode.
The failure(s) in your TV is related to a part called light engine or optical block and Sony TVs are known for these kind of failures with the video showing with different colors or lines.
Check the link provide for more info or if you would like to try fixing the TV yourself.
Let me know if you would need further assistance.

On the back of your camera is a button that has a squiggly arrow - that is the flash mode setting button. Toggle through that button to set the flash to off. Flash off is a squiggly arrow in a circle symbol.
