Basically, 3 beeps is CMOS/BIOS error. Do you see a blue screen? If yes, it's better for you to call toshiba service center to have CMOS/BIOS and *********** board checked.

Reseat the memory and Hard drive and the Optical drive. If your system has 2 RAM/Memory, place 1 at a time and check the one inside and see if you get the same error. Check with the other memory as well and the one with which the system does not turn on is defective. Else the defect is with the motherboard itself for which you may have to contact the manufacturer for warranty support.

Without knowing whether these are long beeps, short beeps or combinations, I can still narrow down a couple of solutions for you. The beeps are a code for what kind of error the system is experiencing. The code is different for differing Bios manufacturers. It is safe to say that either the display adapter or keyboard are not properly connected.
If you replaced the mainboard on your own, I am assuming (and hoping) you have an above average layman's experience with hardware tech.
If you don't already have a SERVICE MANUAL for your model of Toshiba (NOT the USER MANUAL) get one. You can probably find one and download it for free in a PDF format from the Internet.
Try disassembling your laptop again and make sure both the keyboard cables and internal monitor cables are correctly connected.
Hope this helps FixYa! If you need more help, email me back at colt_baldwin@live.com and give me some more information. Don't forget to supply some feedback on this solution here on the site. Thanks!

My toshiba satellite p25 s670 suddenly stops what can I do

boot it to safe mode, then run a system restore a week before the issue occured. if there is any resource in conflict with what was installed, this will be removed and problem resolved.

if that did not help, open the laptop up and remove the memory and hard drive, then re seat them properly.

I'm not positive, but I believe your video adapter card "IS" part of the motherboard. This is not something you want to undertake unless you are familiar with the proceedure. Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.
