Check out any fans you can see for dust, debris, or an errant wire being hit lightly by the blades. If you can verify that all is clear, there might be a loose fan mount screw rattling. Sometimes something small gets sucked up inside to be blown around over and over. Also, depending on the age of the unit, it could be a fan going bad due to heat expansion in the motor causing the internal bearing to scrub.
