Blackberry themselves provide desktop software: https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/entry.do?code=A8BAA56554F96369AB93E4F3BB068C22

Suggest you go through your cellulare provider's support pages for storm first, to get the link to the software version they 'authorise' (not always the latest, but the version they do authorise will work with their network). Or talk to your cellular support service and ask if they authorise version 5, in which case you can use the link above. More info:

My blackberry 9530 says reload software 513 where can i get it at

Hi, the Application error 513, reset message says that the device OS is toasted and needs to be rebuilt. In order to do this, you need to have Blackberry Desktop manager on your computer, your data cable, and a download for your device software. Either from blackberry or your carrier. The easiest method is to download and install the device software. Once it's installed, launch desktop manager and plug in the phone. If the phone is detected, you will be prompted to update. Follow the prompts. If not, you will have to do it the hard way. open command prompt (start>run>cmd) and goto C:\program files\common files\Research in Motion\Apploader Then choose Loader /NOJVM That's going to rebuild the blackberry.

The software will have to be reinstalled. You must download Blackberry desktop manager as well as the software from your phone carriers site for your model. After installing both of these open desktop manager and go to the application loader and update the software.

How to remove jvm error 513

Looks like you forgot the device password? This is pretty easy to do, but it does take sometime to download the files necessary to accomplish the task. You first need to have the most recent version of Blackberry Desktop Manager installed on your computer. You then download and install your phone's most recent software to the computer (make sure Desktop Manager is not running when you do this) The phone's installation file will launch desktop manager on it's own. Then plug the phone into your computer and follow the prompts. For more info see www.blackberry.com/support and search KB13003 and KB11320.
