Question about Samsung SGH-D900 Cellular Phone

Memory Just about to buy a 2GB card for my SGH D900 but have heard that it wont support it,it will only support a 1GB? Is this true?

Your phone according to the specs listed for it should support a 2gb micro sd chip.

No entry while moving files from D900 phone to card

(even password)
Take the memorycard out of the phone and,
put it in a computer.Use filesystem FAT-32
to reformat your memorycard.
Now the card will work again!
No password, No files will be left after a
complete reformat

Hey! samsung SGH-E250 doesn't support 4GB memory card. Try a 2GB or 1GB memory card.

SD Card Problem....

The phone is not designed to take 2gbs, try using a 512k card instead

Question - should I buy 1Gb or 2Gb memory card for this phone?

Hi mate, yes its does slow it down but not alot,i wud personally say dnt load too much ****,only load wat u need as u always can make changes etc.

Memory card (Menu 6.6 of the Samsung SGH D900
Use this menu to access the files stored on a memory
card. This menu is shown only when a memory card is
inserted into the phone.
Memory status (Menu 6.7)
You can check the total amount of memory for media
items and the amount of memory currently in use in
each media box.

• Your phone is preset to use FAT16-formatted memory cards.
If you insert a FAT32-formatted memory card,

the phone will ask you to reformat the memory card. If you do not, you will not be able to access the card from the phone.

• If a folder on a memory card has subfolders which
exceed the maximum folder depth supported by
your phone’s file system, you may not open or
delete the maximum depth subfolders on the phone.

Micro SD memory card

The recommended limit for the D600 is 1gb. I have not heard of anyone getting a 2gb to work, but let me know if it works!

Sd memory card samsung d900

Turn off your unit and turn back on. Then try to access the memory and keep in doing until you can open it. Thats what my friend do on her phone. It works.
