Kenmore washing machine 110.22082 does not...

Kenmore washing machine 110.22082, top loader continues recycling and does not drain water. The timer work then gets stuck. The machine does not drain but it sounds spining in rinsing mode for a few seconds then stops. The timing does not advance. For example: I use express wash for total of 22 minutes. It keeps recycling (keep filling water without draining) until 14 minutes left then the timer gets stuck. Could switch lid cause that? When open the lid the machine stops. A lot of water gets in machine but very very little drains. Water keep entering and adding to the existing water and that cause overflow. I also get LD (long drain) and OB (off balance) error codes. Please help. Thanks
