YOU SHOULD HAVE THE LOCK CODE ON A SMALL CARD THAT CAME WITH THE TRUCK POSSIBLY WITH OWNERS MANUAL OR IN YOUR GLOVEBOX. IF NOT YOU MUST REMOVE THE RADIO AND RETRIEVE THE NUMBERS ON THE BACK OF THE UNIT AND CALL A CHEVY DEALER TO GET THE CORRECT CODE TO UNLOCK THE FUNCTIONS.
