Urgent--------sound problem i have got intel dg33bu motherboard...and i have lost my motherboard cd... it uses a realtek driver but i dnt knw the version...pls help me out.... sound is not coming it is shwing a msg no sound driver... i have alrdy dwnloaded a sound driver from intel site... it is also not wrkng... i am using 5.1 speakers...

The best why is that u will purchare a new sound card and insert into expantion slots and install it with original software which is produce best quality sound.

Why DG33BU do not support ddr3 graphic card. it has pcie x16.

this is simple to answer your motherboards front side bus & backside bus are not compatible it is most likely to slow which is why you are unable to use this card. Sounds like you need an older version that is ddr2 or lower.

frist you have to find your motherboard model no then only you can find the drivers or u can chack your motherboard type from bois

There seems no sound the realtek sound software

if you need the drivers you can get it on the motherboard cd.
you can get it on google easily just type in your motherboard number and realtek drivers.

you can also download realtek sound drivers setup directly. no problem for that it works.

No sound

The problem may be caused because the driver file may be damages due to some reason. To get the sound back you need to run the motherboard cd and install the sound drivers "realtek".


you can download them online:-
just enter the name of your motherboard and "sound drivers"

You need to install the Audio / Sound drivers first
For this you need to install the motherboard drivers CD or you need to donwload the drivers from internet which matches your motherboards.

Thats the base properties of the board, in the report does it show as an Intel Pentium 4 with AOpen MX46-533GN that's the board name, if it does then your audio is realtek AC'97 go here
