Question about Acer Aspire 3000 Notebook
Earlier today, I'd asked about the blue screen of death and fat32 files on my aspire 3000. I finally got the recovery disk to work, it's only at 25% recovery, and has been showing many, many bad sectors, marking them, etc.
This is my second time to start the recovery process, earlier it has stopped at about 25% or so, because of the bad sectors.
What do I do from here, if this cannot be fixed?
If the Hard Drive can not be salvaged you have few options.Data recovery service, expensive.
Keep trying, don't give up.Many people here will try to help.Hopefully your recovery will be successful.Good Luck.

It sounds like your HDD is faulty, usually a hardrive can operate with bad sectors but still a risk.
My best advice would be to get a new HDD and recover back on to the new one, even if you did manage to recover onto your current one you may still have problems in the future.
I usually only allow a HDD to fail S.M.A.R.T tests 3 times over any given period and then I just replace them.

Its not possible to repair the bad sectors on the hard drive. But if you are looking for the recovery tool to recover hard disk with bad sectors, then I can suggest you the best recovery named Hard Drive Recovery Utility. This software will help to recover files from all the bad sectors of your hard drive. You can follow the link,
