Question about Garden
I can't get my ryobi 825r to start. I have removed and cleaned the spark plug but it doesn't appear to get any sort of spark when I attempt to start it.
Had the same problem. Take out your plug clean and regap.I got it started now but will not run on it's own lol. I will check it this weekend. good luck

You can check the plug to see if it is firing. Remove the plug from the hole and connect it to the spark plug wire. Ground the plug to the body of the engine. (I use a jumper wire with alligator clips at each end) that way I can just hook it up. Once you know if you have spark, you can see if it runs or you have to check other things...Lee
