Question about Brother Multi-Function Center MFC-240C All-In-One InkJet Printer
I installed new cartridges as requested and it does not recognize it. Still showing the old information.
Be sure to answer the control panel question by pressing the up or down arrow key to answer yes. See here. and here.
If that doesn't work, try to reset the printer by following these instructions.
