Ariston AWD121: water added during dry cycle

I have an Ariston AWD121 washer/dryer combo. When I run a dry cycle, the clothes come out soaking wet. Wash cycle runs fine-- it drains like it should. It looks like somehow water is incorporated during the dry cycle, whether I run it by itself or after a wash cycle. How do I fix this?
