Problem for Mitsubishi VS-45609 TV

My mitsubishi 45609 will not work with the cable

My mitsubishi 45609 will not work with the cable connected. White noise. It acts as if the tuner is bad. The a/v inputs work fine but not the cable input. I checked the cable with another TV and set the input to cable. Are there any fuses that could be bad?
