hi there as no model number for your w/d has been supplied it is quite difficult to diagnose fault but the usual faults on a dryer unit not drying are the overheat thermostats blowing, or the element burnt out and somtimes the fan motor ceasing.

- hi there first remove the lid and set the machine to the drying prog and start it ,leave for about a minute and confirm that the fan motor is running,you should be able to here it whirr,if there is no action from the fan motor it will need to be replaced, if all is ok then you either have a faulty dryer element or thermal fuse,the t/fuse is in a yellow heat resistant sleeve screwed on to the heater box next to the element, to test these parts you will need to do a continuity test across each terminal with a test meter.

ps.always disconnect machine from mains before attempting to do any repair.
