Question about Dell OptiPlex GX280 PC Desktop
You need to check your bios setting and change the boot order.Try to disable other boot options and let it boot from hard disk only and see what happens..This should solve your problem..Make sure you check in BIOS if it can see the hard drive as if it does not then you have a faulty h.d or you may need to play around with master and slave setting on the pin...
