If the fan is really loud and the card or the computer is out of warranty, replace the fan or the whole heatsink on the video card.

Is it noisy the Aspire ATC 605 UR13 and is it a some what good gaming pc

This would be a great system if it had a dedicated graphics card. Based on the specifications you've listed, it appears it doesn't have one.

Have no fear, any current generation PCI 3.0 graphics card will fit in it.

Hope this helps!

Do you mean static by noisy? Do you men at low volume or high volume? Are you asking about a sound card or a graphics card? I would need more information than what you provided before I could try to help you with your problem.

Asus essentio pc fan noise issue

The fans generally are not controlled by the user. If you post the model number, I can check, Noise means that it is either becoming dry on the spindle or it is becoming very dirty.

Got lines on my screen and the cooling fan just spins flat out and is noisy as hell

Hello
It means that you need to replace your graphic card fan that's why it has a noisy sound due to stocked up fan. And that is the cause where your screen got lines or if your monitor is defective.

Card seems to overheat and is very noisy at times which is followed by the monitor shutting itself off, does the card need to be replaced or is there some way of keeping it cool - thanks in advance for all...

I would suggest cleaning out your computer of all dust as this can cause heat. You can use your vacuum cleaner to do this. Next make sure that your chassis has an adequate amount of case fans to increase the air flow.

ATI radeon 9800 pro graphics card

Did you try the card on another PC? Maybe the motherboard is Expiring. I recommend you change to a new motherboard. because, sometimes when motherboards get too old, the pins inside the AGP and PCI slots get fried and won't give out enough power. try the graphic card on another PC.
