Install and run the Device Manager software from the product CD. Use the repair option to re-flash corrupted firmware.

I have a Philips go gear 2 gb mp3 Player. It has a 1.2 gb free space still when I start recording the voice, it says, Memory full, I have scanned the same but not able to fix this problem..Pls help

Connect the player to your PC. Start windows explorer and find the drive "removable disk". Make back up copy your media files to the computer. Select this drive, right click on it and choose "format". Then you get to a window where you should simply click the "start" button. After the formatting copy back your files to the device, and try again whether it works.
If your player remains in faulty state you will need to upgrade the firmware.

How can i turn on my mp3 SA3115/02?

All support for this player is on next site:

Read the manual from getting started (page 10):
Install the software from the CD or get a download from the support site.
After that, connect the player to the computer and charge the battery for at least 5 hours on first use.
Once the battery is charged, long press play/pause to turn on the player.

My MP3Player is not functioning

Make sure the hold/lock is not engaged - that will prevent it from charging

If it's still broke, call Philips per your manual instructions

Help please

You must run a repair using the Philips Device Manager that came with the CD. After you have done that, you must run the "update" with the Philips Device Manager.
Repair=1 time fix
Update=permanent fix
