Question about Televison & Video
Try this following steps
1) : Try a hard reset. Merely unplug the power cord but you must leave it unplugged for 4 hours or more to get the full reset
2) If that does not help, try the whacking test. Smack the set with your hand or first all around the cabinet both while it is on and off. This may restore the functionality of the set and therefore tell you if there is a loose connection of cold solder joint.
3) If the above procedures do not help any you should call a service technician .
