Without a model number I can not be as specific as I would like.
If this is a top freezer model your defrost drain hole is clogged with ice or trash.
Remove the rear panel inside the freezer to access the drain hole. You should see a slab of ice in the back portion of the freezer. This will have to be completely thawed out. A hair dryer will help in thawing. Turn the fridge off. Melt the ice. Pour a 1/4 cup of bleach into the drain hole. Re-assemble the freezer components and turn the fridge back on.
This process will take an hour or more time.

If you have someplace to keep your food, you could unload the fridge. Turn it off. Leave the fridge off and the doors open overnight and it will self defrost.

First be sure all door gaskets are clean then check the drain hole in the bottom of the refrigerator and clean the hole with a wire popping it into the drain hole in the bottom under the crisper boxes. Since you did not mention brand I don't know if it has a drain in the upper section of the unit.

There is water collecting continuously at the bottom of my fridge under the crispers. Do you know how I can fix?

Most frost free refrigerators take water from the freezer so you do not have to defrost the freezer. That being said there should be a drain under the crisper. Check to see if it is clogged.
you may need to put something under the refrigerator to collect the water..

What would cause a refrigerator to collect water under the fruit and vegetable drawers?

hi there, refrigerators have condensation that forms and generally goes down a little hole that is usually under the fruit and vegetable drawers. This water should go down this whole into a condensation pan that is under the refrigerator and then evaporates. Sometimes food gets in the hole under the drawers and keeps the water from being able to travel where it needs to. Try to run a pipe cleaner of something through the hole to clean it out and maybe a very small amount of HOT water. If there is no hole there, it is unusual and it is possibly something else. This is usually the problem I have. Hope this helps!

Model 363.9668513 water collects under the fruit

this is because the plastic is shiny and attracts condensation, only "cure "is a piece of kitchen towel under drawer to mop up as/when.(when you open door all the cold air drops to the floor and is replaced with warm moist air from the kitchen.hence condensation.

WE have an older fridge. Water is now collecting

Good day,
On some of the older models when the refrigerator went thru it's automatic defrost cycle, the condensate water ran down the back wall, under the crispers and out that drain plug you described.
You can verify if that is your model by looking at the back wall of the machine. If there is no drain tube running down the back, then that is the model you have.
If that is the case, just remove the plug. The water should run directly into the drain pan.
Clean the plug and opening and that's it.

I have Kenmore refrigerator, leaks water inside.

Is there an ice maker in the freezer? If so, check all fittings, otherwise, this is condensation, which is VERY common & is actually expected, especially in summer months. There should be a small hole in the bottom, center, under the crisper drawers, make sure that it is not blocked up. The condesation (water) that builds up goes through that hole into a condensation drain pan & gets cooked off by a little boxy thing (golly I forget the correct term & my husband is a refrigeration tech) that warms up or simply evaporates in to the air. The water you see is NORMAL, but your drain may be plugged up, so go have a peek to make sure it's clear, if not, just clear it out & you'll be good to go. Good luck.

Refrigerator has water under the crisper drawers

There is most likely a plugged drain in the freezer section. The easist solution can be to empty the refrigerator and unplug it over night. If this is not possible then the back or bottom should be removed to allow access to the drain and a hair dryer can be used to make defrosting go faster. still takes a while, if there is access in the back of the unit that can be the cause of the plug.
