Question about Philips SP900N Webcam
Every time I open Philips Vlounge webcam program (recently downloaded) I get the error message 'Philips VLounge has stopped working' I haven't found any possible solutions so far, and am unable to use the program altogether. When trying to access the webcam's properties, the window also crashes with a similar error message. Any ideas/help?
(I am using a Dell Inspiron 1520, running on Vista, if that helps in any way)
Thanks in advance.
I have the same problem with my philips spc620nc . Have tried philips support. no response. Almost 1 year since first inquiry.

Hi - the CD is probably out of date and you need the latest version of software which will incorporate any patches that have been issued.
You have a conflict between your webcam and another program on your pc.
Have you tried it using another browser as default ?
Uninstall the webcam software
Find the serial number of your webcam and visit the philips support website.
Download the software from there and look for any information that may help - they probably have an email help service

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
